About Us
A nonprofit organization comprised of members like you who are dedicated to living a legacy that makes a difference in the lives of Liberian youths who cannot afford an education. We give our time, talent, and treasures to raise funds for life-changing scholarships. We don't just talk about impact, we are the impact.
We expanded into providing quality transportation for our scholars, establishing scholarship criteria based on research from reputable international institutions, and partnering with grassroots organizations in Liberia to provide unconventional education for amazing students. We believe our work, combined with our collaborations with GivingTuesday, would bring a BETTER FUTURE AHEAD for Liberia.
Our Founder
Jallah, a resilient survivor of the Liberian Civil Wars, overcame immense challenges to pursue education and build a life of service. After fleeing to the U.S. as a refugee, he earned advanced degrees and became a Senior Business Analyst with experience at Leidos, a Department of Defense contractor. In 2009, he founded YesLiberia, a volunteer-run organization empowering Liberian youth through education, leadership training, and service opportunities, supporting hundreds of students annually.
Globally recognized, Jallah serves on the #GivingTuesday Board of Directors and leads initiatives in Liberia. A sought-after consultant and speaker, he advises charities worldwide and has volunteered with organizations like the Red Cross and Save the Children. In his free time, he enjoys soccer, family, and travel.
Our Team
