To cancel your reservation, use the cancellation form in the reservation confirmation email we sent when you reserved the bus. The email may be in your junk folder.
To change your reservation dates, email us at email@example.com. This must be done at least 72 hours before the first day of your trip.
If we can’t pick you up due to an unforeseen event (bad weather, road blockage, bus problems), you’ll receive a refund for that day. If you have already been picked up for the day, you can apply for a partial refund by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and describing your situation.
We’re not responsible for third-party costs or losses (like travel or accommodation) due to cancellations or issues.
We’re not responsible for lost or damaged items on the bus.
