YesLiberia has been generous to me and my family, covering my school fees and consistently motivating me in my passion as a track and field athlete.
For a long time, I was often sent out of class for not paying tuition while my classmates continued learning. That struggle came to an end when YL awarded me a scholarship. Today, I have successfully completed high school and am now awaiting graduation.
I became a YesLiberia Scholar while I was still in high school, and I felt excited because I realized it had eased some of the burdens on my family. It also gave me the opportunity to truly feel like a scholar among my peers.
Good works and generosity are what I have learned from YesLiberia. My father is a police officer but cannot afford to pay for all of my siblings and me at the same time. With the help of YL, the burdens on my father have lessened.
